Britney Spears infamously burned down her home gym last year, thanks to a couple candles she forgot to put out.
But that won’t stop the Grammy winner from keeping up with her fitness routine amid quarantine.
She recently returned to the same home gym, which is still being put back together, to record an Instagram video with a glimpse at her workout routine for a ‘тιԍнт ʙuттocks.’
The 38-year-old said: ‘Hi guys, I’m in my gym today. And yes, it is the gym that I burned down. It’s still not fixed yet, but I’m getting there.’
If the one corner of the gym visible in her video is any indication, it appears that the renovations are coming along nicely.
She did her stretches on a row of blue and red exercise mats, in front of a treadmill, a wall of mirrors and some non-charred window curtains.
Britney revealed on Instagram in late April that she accidentally burned down her home gym, writing: ‘It was an accident …. but yes …. I burnt it down.’
She said in the video: ‘I haven’t been in here for, like, six months, because I burnt my gym down, unfortunately. I had two candles, and, yeah, one thing led to another, and I burned it down.’
The Mood Ring artist said she was left with only two pieces of equipment, later giving a glimpse in May during a workout with personal trainer boyfriend, 26.
